Overgrowth: A Healing Experience
A downloadable game
In Overgrowth, you become nature taking back what was broken—whether it’s the remnants of a crumbling city or pieces of your own heart. Played solo or with others, the game guides you through six reflective stages, each representing a phase of growth: roots, cracks, vines, leaves, flowers, and stillness. Players embody their responses using interpretive movements, weaving a story of reclamation and renewal.
Designed as a meditative, trauma-working experience, Overgrowth encourages players to process emotions and find grounding, whether through thoughtful prompts, shared connections, or flowing movement. It’s a journey to rebuild, reclaim, and bloom.
